R&S / Voice Candidates Say Good Bye To The OeQ Blues
Wow - what a day!!
Cisco announced on the CCIE call today that they were dropping the OeQ’ / Core Knowledge section from the lab exam for R&S and Voice candidates. This will take place starting next week - May 10th.
The inclusion of this section last year caused quite a stir in the candidate community. Most people were not happy with the addition. Some didn’t seem to worried about it.
However, this new section was the demise of many a lab taker. I know several people that passed the configuration portion but did not pass the newly added question section.
Well - all of that is history come next week.
I’ve been watching the reaction of many people after the announcement today. Most find the announcement to be good news.
